Surf Song Beach Resort North Wildwood, North Wildwood

I stayed at this resort over Memorial Day weekend with family and friends, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. My unit was nicely decorated and felt cozy, with two TVs which was a nice touch. However, another family had a less than ideal experience due to room issues and noise. Still, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the resort stood out, and many families were happy with their stay.

The Surf Song Beach Resort has a perfect location just steps away from the beach and boardwalk, making it convenient for families. However, the overall experience was tarnished by a lack of friendly service and strict rules that made us feel unwelcome. While the rooms were clean and spacious, there were minor issues with furniture. Overall, it's a place for families, but it can feel a bit restrictive.

I recently stayed at Surf Song Beach Resort, and while it has a beautiful exterior and some decent amenities, my overall experience was disappointing. The customer service left much to be desired with a front desk staff member who was rude, which really dampened my stay. The hotel has strict rules that made me feel more like I was in a prison than on vacation. On the bright side, the resort is located just steps from the beach, which is a major plus.

Our stay at the Surf Song was truly a delightful experience! The beachside condo was exceptionally clean and decorated brightly, making it feel like a home away from home. The management, particularly Darlene, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. However, the air conditioning did make some noise, which was slightly unsettling for my little one, and there were minor cleanliness issues in the carpets. Nonetheless, the overall value for the money spent was admirable.

I had a pretty good stay overall. Our unit was surprisingly spacious with three bedrooms and a full kitchen, which was great for our family gathering. While the location was excellent near the boardwalk and having access to pools was a plus, there were quite a few maintenance issues that definitely need attention. The service was prompt when we had issues, but some amenities were lacking, impacting our overall experience.
